TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order with MANILA the Studio, you agree to be bound by these terms:

Receiving an order confirmation does not constitute that your order has been accepted. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you.Prior to the acceptance of your order, verification of information may be required. Payments done via Bank Transfer should be proven by sending a proof of transfer/payment to payments@manilathestudio.com. MANILA the Studio reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from MANILA the Studio, for any reason whatsoever.

Should there be an error in listing of prices (typographical or other errors), MANILA the Studio shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, MANILA the Studio shall credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.

All features, specifications, products, prices of products and services, discounts, promotions and offers described on our official pages are subject to change at any time, and we reserve the right to make changes to them without notice to you. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or refuse service to any customer. Please note that the actual color of the product you will see on your screen will depend on many factors. We cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display our colors. Therefore, the photos on our official pages should be used as a guide only. Some products may look different in person, especially when photographed (digital and film), due to the nature of its material. Products are available while supplies last. All prices and products advertised are subject to change. All prices displayed are quoted in Philippine Peso.

MANILA the Studio reserves the right to restrict delivery to addresses within or outside of the Philippines. Please check our FAQ, Shipping and Returns pages for other concerns, including information on shipping, delivery and tracking, the ordering and payment process, returns and exchanges, sizing and other helpful information. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make any more changes for you. The dates stated on our help pages mentioned above are only estimates and serve as a guide only. MANILA the Studio cannot be held responsible for delays and issues on delivery associated with incomplete or incorrect information provided by you through the order form. We can also not be held responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact your courier service directly.
